Prisms Caregiving

Caring for others is a privilege, a labor of love, and a marathon. It can feed our souls and strip us of all humanity – sometimes in the same day. It’s a burden and a blessing, bound with the golden thread of love.

My name is Pam Thorson, and I’m a caregiver.

I’m also a wife, mom, sister, auntie, grandma, licensed practical nurse, and author of two books. Like most caregivers, I have many threads to my life.

Why Prisms?

Prisms Caregiving is a place to celebrate all that makes up the crazy colors of caregiving. We’ll share joys, sorrows, news, resources, and hopes for the future. Join us for fun and fellowship in the days ahead as we step out from the shadows together and into God’s glorious light.

Visit us here at prismscaregiving.blogspot.com for inspiration and resources.

Caregiving is not gray, unless we have allowed our hearts to let go of hope.
